Lawrence C. Hoffman, Senior Vice President
Larry has been Sr. Vice President since 1994. He graduated from Shepherd University with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and Chemistry. He has spent all of his 33 years of his insurance experience at RHH Insurance. Larry is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health.
Norman C. Breitenbach, CIC, Executive Vice President
Norman is Executive Vice President at RHH and has been since 1994. He received his Bachelors of Science from University of Maryland, College Park and majored in Business Administration. Norman has been in the insurance business for 18 years, spending all of that time at RHH. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health. Norman has the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor and received this designation over 10 years ago.
Stuart G. Hoffman, AAI, Vice President
Stuart received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Salisbury University. He has over 24 years of experience at Rossmann-Hurt-Hoffman. Stuart runs our Lawyers Professional Liability Department, and has done so for the past 15 years. RHH is the largest writer of LPL Insurance in the state of Maryland. Stuart has had the Accredited Advisor in Insurance Designation, (AAI) for over 10 years. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health.
John N. Hinkle, Jr., CIC, Vice President
John has been a Vice President at RHH since 1992, and has over 24 years of insurance experience, all of it with RHH Insurance. John graduated from the University of Maryland, with a Bachelors of Science Degree, majoring in Business Administration. He has had the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) for over 15 years. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health.
Jeffrey J. Torrelli, CIC, Vice President
Jeff is Vice President of Rossmann-Hurt-Hoffman. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health. He attended the University of Charleston in West Virginia. Jeff has been in the insurance business for over 15 years, spending the past 10 years at RHH. Jeff is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
